By owning multiple Land Rovers, you get "comfortable" with the repairs. I was never comfortable with the companies that I used so ultimately did most of the work myself, until I visited G2.
Range Rover went in for oil change. I knew there was an oil leak and asked them to ID the issue. I had an idea of what it was based on previous service (from other company) that I suspected was faulty. Answers were right with my expectations and expensive.
G2 coordinated the repair with my extended warranty company, fixed several other issues (some I knew were coming soon and several new ones) AND got them covered under the warranty. Yes I only went in for an oil change and had to spend some money, but I got much more than I was expecting and now have peace of mind.
Fast, fair, extremely nice and great work. Glad I found G2. You should try them.

Wish I had found ya'll before I took my Mini Cooper to My Beamer Place. I feel they overcharged me for nothing except for a $3350 estimate, nothing was fixed.

I have been using G2 to service my MBZ for years and could not be happier. Gary and his team are always so easy to deal with. They check out the car from end to end and advise you on what needs to be serviced - without trying to scare you. If some items can be delayed without any problem, they let you know that. When you agree to the work, they do it at a very competitive price (and offer service discounts - coupon is on their website). Your car is ready when promised. I drive by multiple other repair facilities to get to G2 but the drive is worth it knowing that I will get another great experience.

I experienced a red light warning driving home from work. The one that says take to the shop immediately. I took it in the next morning and it was an emergency as the problem was an alternator and I was in danger of the car dying some where on the Atlanta highways. Once again G2 exceeded my expectations with an immediate diagnosis, prompt and courteous communications and completed a 5 hour job on the day that I brought it in. If you have a prized vehicle possession, especially foreign, I recommend taking it to G2 Automotive in Cumming.

My Mercedes S 600 V-12 was having what appeared to be an electric current drain issue after turning off the engine. This consistently killed the battery after a couple days of non use. My expectation was a long, painful and expensive "trace the short problem" in a big old beast that has a ton of electrical accessories. To my delight they found the culprit quickly and inexpensively. Great communication from Janna along the way.

Same Great Service Over and Over Again!
I had one of my cars serviced at G2 Automotive again last week and received the same great service that they have provided for years. They do what they say they will do and get it done when they say they will. I also like that they will tell you about any other issues that they find but do not try and scare you into fixing something immediately that could be a wait for a while item. I have been to repair shops that obviously get paid to "upsell" while you are there and make any issue sound like a "must fix now" item.. Gary and his team have been working on both of my cars for years and I have no intention of going anywhere else.
